    What Does Mean by Business Partner?

    A business partner is usually a corporation with which another corporation has some sort of joint venture. This relationship can be an exclusive, public, or a collaborative one where both entities agree not to ally with other companies. However, this is a broader definition than merely a business partnership. To better understand this concept of , we will discuss the types of partnership and what each type represents.

    An acquaintance of mine started his business in Singapore. He has no business partners. However, when he was setting up his company, he was looking for help with registering it so he wouldn't have to spend a lot of time. He found an article about company formation. Maybe this information will be useful to someone.
